Angler's Base SHIMOKITAYAMA 【アンクラースヘース下北山】

Just a great café where I could sit with my laptop (no power) and order with the app. Quite a good pizza

Wir waren als Paar für 3 Nächte in der Anglers Base und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Hütte (Sky Forest), in der wir waren, war sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Ein Highlight waren auch die blühenden Kirschbäume direkt vor der Tür, die man von innen und außen (z.B. beim Abendessen oder im Whirlpool) sehen konnte. Besonders gut hat uns außerdem das Abendessen gefallen. Es ist verwunderlich, dass in den anderen Rezensionen gar nichts dazu geschrieben wurde, weil es eines der besten Steaks gab, die wir je gegessen haben. Das Fleisch (ein Wagyu-Steak und eine Bratwurstschnecke) war von unglaublich guter Qualität und es hat Spaß gemacht, in der eigenen Outdoor-Küche zu grillen. Zum Mittagessen waren wir dann im dazugehörigen Café und fanden auch hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut. Besonders für Angler, aber auch allgemein Outdoor-Fans gibt es noch einen Shop mit einer guten Auswahl hochwertiger Artikel. Wir denken sehr gerne an den Aufenthalt zurück!

A very nicely decorated café, but also an amazing place to spend the night. The glamping experience was top notch in terms of having clean, nice and well considered accommodation as well as balanced but quality food for cooking on the barbecue. Staff were super friendly and helpful even with limited English. Plenty of food for both breakfast and dinner with the half board option, including quality meat, vegetables, fruit, etc. Charming decor with board games and a hot tub in the lodge. Would definitely stay again.

We didn’t stay at the hotel, but stumbled upon the restaurant when we drove by. We had really amazing curry soup with delicious vegetables. Highly recommend!

It was a great stay here. I didn't expect it to be so good due to the fact that we would be sharing bathrooms. But on arrival, we are shown that the toilet (where you pee/sh*t) is inside the room and the shower room is outside and there are 3 to choose from that is shared with other guests. I didn't expect it to be so clean as the workers were mainly male. But I was so surprised to see that everyday and almost throughout the day - they really clean everything up to their best ability. They are extremely hardworking and I believe the staff deserve praise. Especially the one who always cleans the rooms. I didn't get his name and they don't really speak English but communication still flowed nonetheless. The room was decent and completely made of wood. Oddly enough sound was able to be mostly muffled. We were lucky to have the whole place to ourselves by the second night. The warmth was good too and they were willing to spare us a second futon as we found the bed to be too hard....which is a norm in japan I've realized. Similar to China, but not something I'm used to. It was overall a great experience tho I didn't expect it to be as we were in an extremely deserted area. It is hard to get to unless you have a car or someone to drive you there! We were also able to see many beautiful sceneries on the way too. Also this lodge is connected to their restaurant too! And they'll give a 10% discount when you stay here! Overall, it was a very pleasant experience with much simplicity and necessities provided. The shower rooms were great too. Everything is provided for really. And some things are shared and breakfast is simple but given and delicious. Overall, definitely worth a try plus they are new so everything's still new and clean! 10 stars :)

奈良の十津川村を観光し、十津川村の旅館がパンパンだったので、十津川村の北東の「下北山村」の宿泊を探しておったのですが、こちらに決めました 宿泊はリーズナブルな価格で、環境も良いです 何よりも宿泊場所の横にあるレストラン(＋釣りアイテムや土産物の販売)にて、食事がかなり美味しく、特に「ハンバーグ」が衝撃的でした 人生、今まで食べたハンバーグの中で、最も美味しいかも？ どういう素材と作り方！？ カレーも、野菜たっぷりでチキンも良い感じで、普通に美味しいです ワインも揃えておられます 目の前の川岸にて、こちらは桜の時期が有名でめちゃくちゃ綺麗なんで、次回春にまた来ても良いかと思いました (写真の一部は、Anglerと関係なく、下北山村の写真です)

フィッシングロッジ。利用しました 隣の声が大きいと聞こえる時もありましだが　まあ　部屋も必要なものはあるし良きです 晩御飯はとなりに併設のカフェを利用しました スープカレーを食べたけど　味は美味しいけど　熱々で出てきて欲しかったのが残念。 ショップはグッズとかいろいろあって楽しめめたので　全体としては　まあよかったかな〜って感じです
